Yes. Panic attacks can feel random, but they're not. There's a pattern running underneath that triggers the response. We find that pattern and change the feeling around it so that the panic loop has nothing left to fire on. Most clients notice a shift quickly, sometimes after the very first session.
That just means that the "Emotional Identity Root" got wired in early. It doesn't mean it's permanent. Your nervous system learned to run this pattern - and because it learned it, it can learn something new.
Long-standing anxiety often responds really well to hypnosis because we're working at the same level where it got installed in the first place.
That's completely normal... and it's actually fine. We don't need to pinpoint a specific memory or moment. The root is a feeling, not a story. Sometimes it has a clear origin. Sometimes it's just been there as long as you can remember. Either way, we find it and work with it.
Most people feel something shift in the first session - sometimes during it. For others, it shows up in the days after as you notice yourself responding differently in moments that used to trigger you. Either way, each session builds on the last.
