What about racing thoughts at bedtime?

Racing thoughts aren't a thinking problem. They're your brain's way of staying busy so it doesn't have to sit with whatever is underneath. When we clear the root, the thoughts don't need to run anymore. Most people are surprised at how quiet their mind gets without forcing it.

Will this work for 3am wake-ups?

Middle-of-the-night waking is one of the most common things I work with. It's usually your nervous system hitting an internal alarm... not because anything is actually wrong, but because the pattern got wired that way. We find what's triggering the alarm and change it so it stops firing.

Can hypnosis help with nightmares?

Yes. Nightmares are your subconscious processing something it hasn't resolved - usually old fear or emotional material that's still active. We work with that material so your brain stops replaying it at night. When the emotional charge clears, the nightmares tend to fade on their own.

What if I've had sleep problems for years?

That just means the pattern got wired in and became a habit. It doesn't mean it's permanent. Your nervous system learned this - and because it learned it, it can learn something new.
